Solvent Based
A heavy bodied turps based formula using a combination of alkyd resins and oils. Approximately 24 hours drying time depending on humidity and ventilation. Very good adhesion is obtainable from old surfaces. Can be overcoated with water based paints. Suitable for most surfaces.
For exterior bare timber at least one coat of timber primer is recommended. Depending on condition of timber coverage is 10-12 square metres per litre.
Application by brush, roller or spray.
TIMBER PRIMER
Linseed Oil Based
Linseed oil based primer for new and old timber.
Can be painted over with water or oil based paints.

Depending on condition of timber coverage is 6-12 square metres per litre

Washes up in mineral turps
Does not contain any lead or mercury based products
RED OXIDE ZINC CHROMATE PRIMER
Turps Based
Specially formulated with anti corrosive properties for preventing rust on bare steel. Not to be used on aluminum or galvanized surfaces unless surface is broken. Steel must be cleaned, free from oils, and all surface rust removed before application. This product can stop rust for up to five years without top coating and can be brushed, rolled or sprayed. If spraying, thinning with turps may be necessary. Washes up in mineral turps. Do not use thinners or other solvents. Drying time is 2-6 hours depending on weather conditions. Coverage is 6-12 square metres per litre depending on surface and application method
